The Ottawa Lions Track and Field Club will be returning its High School Pole Vault and High Jump program for all categories (Novice, Junior, Senior).
Practices will take place at the Terry Fox Athletic Facility.
Pole Vault
Training will take place from April 7th through to the end of the High School Season.
Athletes must be nominated by their schools and only a select number of athletes will qualify, based on some early season testing and standards included in the attachments.
Days: Tuesday, Thursdays at 5:00pm.

Terry Fox Athletic Facility (2960 Riverside Dr., Ottawa, ON K1V 8N4)
Time:
Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm-7:30pm
Cost: $200.00 per registrant. This fee covers facility fees, club insurance, certified coaching, equipment legacy and travel support/shipping of poles and coach to attend the OFSAA East/ OFSAA Championships.
High Jump Arrangements are being made and will begin later in April.
