Athletics Nova Scotia in partnership with Powerhouse Athletics is hosting a Run Jump Throw Wheel camp!
Come and learn track fundamentals, improving in a small group setting, each day will have focused skill development. The camp is for ages 8-12 and will take place from 8:00am - 12:00pm Monday to Friday! Limited registrations so sign up now!

8:45-9:45 Session 1 Track Specific: Throws
9:45-10 Snack
10-11 Session 2 Track Specific: Jumps
11-11:45 Session 3 Outdoor session or Turf: Running
11:45-12 end of day/ pick up
