Fall Foundations: 2022
The Border City Athletics Club is excited to offer "Athlete Foundations- Fall Base Training 2022”
The “Athlete Foundations- Fall Base" training program is for interested athletes who wish to be fully prepared in track and field. In addition we offer training to those who want to cross train for their respective sports (Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey etc.).
Dates & Times: October 3rd 2022- November 15th 2022
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays (All Groups)
5:30- 7:00pm
Saturday 9:00-10:30am (All Groups)
