Spring Foundations: 2022
The Border City Athletics Club is excited to offer "Athlete Foundations- SpringTraining 2022”
The “Athlete Foundations- Spring Base" training program is for interested athletes who wish to be fully prepared in track and field. In addition, we offer training to those who want to cross train for their respective sports (Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey etc.).
Dates & Times: May 2nd, 2022- June 10th, 2022
Monday, Wednesday, Fridays (All Groups)
6:00- 7:30pm
***During May, Wednesdays practices will be held at an alternate location at Malden Park or Ojibway Park due to facility bookings for track and field meets.
**** Monday and Friday will be at Sandwich Secondary School
Price: $200 Per Athlete
