Other Information
Cross country training begins Tuesday August 29th and continues until early November for athletes who are in Grade 5 and up. Training days will be Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, at the UBC Research Forest or other local trails.
5:00-6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday and 10:00am on Sundays.
The fee for the cross country season is $85 per athlete.
If your athlete does not have a current BCA membership for 2023 you will need to pay this additional fee according to their age:
U12 and U 14 - $60
U15 - $70
U16 - $73.50
U18 and U20 - $94.50
Senior (20+) - $94.50
Masters (35+) - $63

Cancellation Policy
Refunds for program registration are available up to one week prior to the start of the program. An administration fee of $50 will be applied against the refund. BC Athletics fees are non refundable as per their policy. Final decision on refunds will be provided at the approval of the board of directors.
