AGES 8-14yrs
Blue Devils will be moving outside with Track and Field training for the spring to get the team ready to rock-out for outdoor competitions. Our focus, as always, is to provide them with the fundamentals of track and field and to give the kids the best opportunities to succeed. Workouts will stay tough but they will always walk away smiling!!! There will be 7 racing opportunities in the Minor Track Association in May and June so plenty of chances to race!!!!
We will provide:
· Event Specific workouts
· Speed Training
· Proper warm-up/cool down techniques
· Race Strategy
· General Strength components pertaining to each child's development
· Fun and interactive environment
· Confidence Building
