MEET WILL BE HELD AT CANADA GAMES PARK/ BROCK UNIVERSITY.
This meet is NOT an intersquad meet. This meet is open to athletes from any club/ school teams. A chance to get some last marks in for your season before Ontario Summer Games, Nationals, or Masters/ Rising Stars Championship.
This is specifically a Rising Stars Prep Meet.

Events Offered:
TRACK- 80/100 m, 200 m, 300 m, 400 m, 600 m, 800 m, 1000 m, 1500 m, 3000 m, Intermediate Hurdles
Relay requests will be considered
FIELD- Long jump, Triple jump , Shot put, Discus, Javelin, Hammer
Note that hurdles will be for U14 and older only. This location tends to be windy and so scissor hurdles for younger ages cannot be used as they will blow over.
4:00 pm warm-up time.
Anticipated 4:30 pm start. Meet to be concluded by around 9:00 pm.
Tentative schedule included in Technical package. Final schedule to be determined based on entry numbers.
