Individual throwing events + Ontario masters throws pentathlon championships. At Chinguacousy Park, Terry Fox Stadium
10:00am start with warm up and weigh in Hammer, followed by Shot, Discus, Javelin and finally Weight Throw, in a rolling schedule.
