This registration form is for athletes aged 14+ (YOB 2009 or older) Universal Athletics Club's season runs from Sept 12 to Mid July. Athletes train anywhere from 4 to 8 sessions a week depending on their age and ability. Practices will typically be from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at North Delta Secondary School Track & Field Facility on the weekdays, and Sundays 9 am to 10:30 am at Watershed Park.
There will also be morning gym sessions for advanced athletes, at the coach's discretion. There will be an extra charge for these sessions.
