Talking with Evan Dunfee off the record, a guest on this week's show, we both agreed that we're in the middle of an embarrassment of riches in the running world. So many great performances, athletes doing amazing things, we have barely enough time to cover all of the action. Of course, we're going to try to, but all around, it's a pretty good problem to have. On this week's show, as previously mentioned, Evan Dunfee, the 2016 Olympic 50km 4th place race walker, walking 25km a day for 25 days for Kidsport. He talks about the cause, his value as an athlete and a lot more! Also, we'll chat with Eric Bang, he ran a new personal best in the Chicago Marathon, a scorching 2:19:03, we'll check in with him to talk about the Toronto running scene, self belief, and the best laid running plans.
