The peak of the canadian cross country season is here! A couple weeks ago on the Fort Henry course in Kingston, Ontario, the best university runners gathered together to race the windy and muddy course at the USport Championships. This weekend, races will resume in that same place, this time bringing in the top athletes of all ages for what promises to be a great day of racing at the Canadian Championships. On this week's show we recap the USport champs and we're joined by 2 of it's victors; from the university of Guelph, Connor Black, and from the Queen's Gaels, Brogan MacDougall, up first though, the man in charge of both days of racing on the hill, Clive Morgan talks about what to expect on the course this weekend.
