Cross country season is one of the best seasons. There is something to be said for races taking place on grueling landscapes, through scenic fall settings, watching as the spectators run from checkpoint to check point to jockey a better view at the runners as they pass by. Cross is a great place to test limits, give trial to new tactics, and perhaps make an error along the way as well. This week, we chat cross country, Sasha Gollish and Steve Boyd join me to debate whether the women's race should be an equal distance to the mens race, but first Alex WIlkie talks about his season, running style, and Eastern Ontario dairy products.
