Training for a Beer Mile with the Lewis Kent, World Record Holder

We went out to London, Ont. for an evening of beer mile training with Lewis Kent, the world record holder in the event. Kent's 4:51.9 was nearly two seconds better than the record set by Corey Gallagher earlier this year. Gallagher, also a Canadian, and Kent will go head-to-head at the FloTrack Beer Mile World Championships on Dec.
