October 9th (Thanksgiving)
November 25th (Canadian Cross Country Championships - Hosts)
December 16th (Candy Cane Relays)

Note - Some training sessions may take place off site. Please ensure that the primary email is used upon registration for updates on location. Coaches will notify athletes ahead of time.

Winter
