Welcome to Kajaks Track & Field Club Track Rascals!
This super fun program is specially designed for athletes ages 6-8 to learn the basics of running, jumping and throwing in a structured way with our BC Athletics trained coaches.
All Rascals athletes will receive a Track Rascals t-shirt at the first practice as part of registration.
Spring Rascals run at Clement Track & Collier Throws Centre, Minoru Park, Richmond
July 8 - 31st
No practice Friday July 17th
5:30pm-6:45pm
Wednesday & Friday
July 31st practice is also a wind up party so we may run a little long that day.
All Rascals athletes are required to register themselves for a 2026 BC Athletics membership as part of signing up for the program but you only need to do this once for 2026.
AFTER you have secured your Kajaks Track Rascals July registration please click at the BC Athletics link below and register as a Track Rascal for 2026.
Send confirmation of the BC Athletics registration to info@kajaks.ca, if your athlete already has this membership please send us confirmation (you only need to register for BC Athletics membership once a year).
