Your athlete's fueling system for the next 36 months — built in 2 weeks.

The sessions will be July 4th, July 8th and July 11th 2:30-3:30. 📍Monarch Park. However, July 8th session will be online and recorded.

A complete sport-specific nutrition program for competitive teen athletes ages 13–18. Not a meal plan PDF. Not generic advice. A working system built for their sport, their training load, and their stage of development you will use for the rest of your sporting carreer.

What you will learn:

→ Sport-specific fueling protocols (relative to training load and recovery patterns)

→ Pre-exercise, during-exercise, and post-exercise nutrition strategies

→ Custom fueling protocol — daily, training day, competition day, recovery day

→ Game-day fueling playbook (printable, sport-specific)

→ Supplement protocol — only what's needed, no affiliate links

→ Week 1 and 2 check-ins with measurable outcomes I will guide you with along with your team mates.
