Welcome to the Blue Devils Athletic Club!
We are offering Youth Program (Ages 6-14) and Littles Program (Ages 4-6) Track & Field training for the 2021 Winter Season! Because we are currently working around COVID regulations closing the majority of our indoor training facilities, we have adapted our schedule to train OUTSIDE for the Winter!
BDAC focuses on training runners across all distances, and we prioritize developing well-rounded athletes.
Each training session includes:
- a structured warm-up to prepare the body for
exercise
- drills for improved running mechanics, speed, and
efficiency
- exercises to develop speed, acceleration, explosive
power, and coordination
- workouts to improve speed, acceleration, aerobic
and anaerobic capacity
- mobility for recovery
