Are you a passionate community run leader looking to make a real difference in the lives of recreational runners? Introducing the interactive Running Leader coaching course ! The goal of this course is to equip community run leaders like you with the knowledge, skills, and tools to empower recreational runners to achieve their goals.
What to Expect:

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

-Provide a safe environment and model safe running practices.
-Understand and explain the general principles behind effective training methods for running.
-Grasp the basic technical elements of a running program.
-Understand the basics of injury prevention for runners.
-Learn how to mentally prepare runners to train and race to their potential.
-Adapt training for runners of all ages, identities, and abilities.
