Join us for some fun on the courts on Saturday July 15th from 9:00am till 2:00pm for a "King of the court" challenge at the Peach King Center in Grimsby (162 Livingston Ave, Grimsby, ON). All skill levels and genders from C to Open are welcome to join in. Cost is $30 (please pay cash upon arrival), $15/player goes into the prize pool!!.
Finger food and snacks will be provided, there is a splash pad outside the facility encase spectators need to cool off.
How the event works:
Everyone's name is put into a bag, 3 names are drawn and they play cut throat (King of the court) 1 game to 11, rally point, win by 2. A strike is placed by the name of the losing players and the next 3 names are drawn and the process repeats. The 3rd player not participating in the rally is the referee. 3 strikes eliminates the player from the draw and the last person standing without 3 strikes is the winner receiving the prize and bragging rights.
