In preparation for Coaches week (Sept 23-30), Athletics Ontario is offering its members a discounted rate to all its coaching courses. For those interested, coach’s membership is only $40! (https://www.trackie.com/members/ON.php)

Coaches are exposed to all the event groups. Coaches will be guided on proper safety requirements and concerns for all events, technical progression of events, and seasonal planning. This NCCP accredited course aligns with the Ontario Physical Education Safety Guidelines and with the Long Term Athletic Development Model and the principals for Train to Train.
Coaches will leave trained in all events. Each learning module is designed to meet the needs of coaches who are providing direct instruction or event assistance to student-athletes in a junior high and high school track and field program.
1. Run (hurdles/sprints, and Endurance),
2. Jump (High Jump, Triple jump, Long Jump)
3. Throw (Jav, Disc, Shot)

Location: Toronto Track and Field Centre (231 Ian Macdonald Blvd)

Time: 9am-5:30pm
Fees: $90 Early Reg ($175 for non-members)
$100 for AO members, ($185 for non-members)
$110 Late Reg ($195 for non-members)
Fee includes NCCP manuals
