For athletes who would like to attend the athlete workshop.
Athletics Ontario is conducting an athlete workshop with world renowned coaches, Maurice Wilson and Marlon Gayle as well as World Championship and Olympic Games medalists Rasheed Dwyer and Sherone Simpson.
This clinic will consist of two sessions, "Sprint Drills the Jamaican Way/Training of Jamaican Professional Athletes" and "Jumps and Throws the Jamaican Way"
Registration priority will be given to OHPSI athletes.
