Athletics Manitoba is once again pleased to present its annual Coaching Super Seminar!
This event is a great professional development opportunity for school/club track and field coaches, as well as multi-sport coaches!
This year’s conference will focus on a specialized functional movement system (Kinstretch) which develops maximal body control, flexibility and range of motion, as well as strength and conditioning components for athletics and power-speed sports.
Our special guest presenters will be Dr. Moses Bernard, a movement performance chiropractor and only Kinstretch certified chiropractor in the entire Southeastern US; Alex Gardiner, an elite track and field coach with a strong strength and conditioning background, and Cole Scheller, the University of Manitoba Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. In conjunction with the conference, Athletics Manitoba will be hosting an NCCP Club Coach-Endurance course, and there will also be a coach’s reception and round table discussion on Friday evening! The Western Canada Summer Games Athletics Prep Squad will also take part in this event by attending sessions on the Saturday.
