* Races at UBC track in Vancouver.
* Entry standard - 30min
* Entry Fee - Regular: $20 | Late: $30
* Heats released after entries close. Races will run slowest to fastest
* Up to 3hr meet starting at 5:30pm
* Max 25/heat
* Heats approx: 5:30pm / 6:10pm / 6:45pm / 7:15pm / 7:45pm / 8:10pm
* Multiple heats which will be evenly split based on entries and submitted finish times.
* Electronic timing provided.
* Pick up race bibs 30min before your race (pins will be provided)
* Results posted online as soon as possible on trackie.ca, bcathletics.org, and facebook.com/VancouverFalcons/
* Post event social at Biercraft Wesbrook - 15% off food for athletes (excl Happy Hour items), $4 16oz Powell beers.
