The 2019 Ramble will be held on Saturday, June 22nd. Celebrate the longest day of the summer with a beautiful, scenic 5k run.
This is a flat and fast course located in the Reddendale district of Kingston on the shores of Lake Ontario. The Ramble is a fund raiser for the St Andrews By-the-Lake United Church and the Physi-Kult youth running club
NOTE: there has been a price change for registration for this year. It will still only be $20 if you register prior to midnight on Sunday, May 20th. After that date the fee will be $25 for online registration until midnight on Thursday, June 21st or you can register on site race day for $30.
