START TIME 9AM (LIKELY 8AM NEXT YEAR)
Traditional 2-loop course around Mundy Pond starting and finishing near the Mews Center. Race bib pickup day before (SATURDAY) from noon-4pm at Biped Sports 687 Water Street. Bibs not picked up Saturday will be available race morning at St Teresa's Parish Hall from 7:30-8:30am. Race starts 9am. Reception 10am at the Parish Hall.
FREE FOR 16-19 YEARS OLD
To support and encourage participation for youth and junior age groups, registration for this race is FREE OF CHARGE for those 16-19 years old (as of December 31 2016). Just select the appropriate "Category" dropdown during the registration process.
NLAA / Athletics Canada membership or a 1-day race permit is required for this sanctioned event. If you don't have an NLAA membership number you can leave that field blank and a $5 1-day permit fee will be added to your registration. Or you can obtain an NLAA / AC # at the following link:
