The Ontario U20 Championships and Open 5000m Championship will be taking place at the Toronto Track and Field Centre, 231 Ian MacDonald Blvd, Toronto, Ontario. The facility is a Mondo, Class 2 IAAF certified 400m track.

All U20 athletes will be able to enter this championship. Athletes born in 2004 and earlier will need to achieve entry standards before being moved to the confirmed registration list for the championship. For inquiries regarding registration please contact Randolph Fajardo.
Also note that the 5000m RW will not be offered at this event. The U20 5000m RW will be combined with the Open 5000m RW during the Open T&F Championships on July 30 - August 1.
