Club Coach for Jumps is designed for coaches working with high school aged athletes who specialize in the jumping events. In addition to learning the technical progressions for long jump, triple jump, high jump and pole vault this workshop will also cover age appropriate strength training and seasonal planning. It is modules #6-8 of the Club Coach Course for Jumps.
