These seminars are free!
No experience necessary as beginners are encouraged to participate!
Please wear loose fitting athletic clothing.
Only the Fencing seminar requires running shoes, all other seminars are practiced barefoot, but participants may wear clean socks if they wish.
Participants receive a certificate of participation.
Also, after the Expo, seminar instructors are each offering 2 free classes at their club.
The current BC government covid safety requirements in effect on March 12 will be strictly followed.
