START TIME 8AM
Downtown out and back course on Water Street starting and finishing at Temperance Street. Race bib pickup (SATURDAY, August 19th) from noon-4pm at a Location to be decided. Participants will receive an email on Friday August 18th with the Location for the race kit pickup taking place on Saturday August 20th.
Bibs not picked up Saturday will be available race morning at City Hall Foran Room 7-7:30am. Race starts 8am. Reception 8:45 am at the Battery Café.
NLAA / Athletics Canada membership or a 1-day race permit is required for this sanctioned event. If you don't have an NLAA membership number you can leave that field blank and a $5 1-day permit fee will be added to your registration. Or you can obtain an NLAA / AC # at the following link:
