HEAT SHEET
3000m Inferno will be sectioned into heats beginning at 3:30pm. The following is a tentative schedule, subject to change depending on registration*:
3:00pm - Frosty 100m Heats
3:30pm - 20+ minute 3K Seed Time
4:00pm - 15 - 20 minute 3K Seed Time
4:30pm - 10 - 15 minute 3K Seed Time
5:00pm - sub 10 minute 3K Seed Time
*Registrants will receive an email following the registration deadline (March 5th, 2026) confirming their heat #.
