Information
- Short & Long course teams!
- Teams of two: one for running, one for biking
- Teams will compete with all other team entries
- Double Du combines the short and long distance in sequence- no teams
- Olympic distance! (for all the distance junkies) -no teams
- There will be no water or fuel stations so runners must be self-sufficient for race hydration and nutrition
- Light individual refreshments will be provided post-race.
Note: A limited number of registrations will be available at bib pick up time.

The course has sparse traffic on Moulinette Island & Long Sault Parkway.
Short
Run: CMC - Short Duathlon - First Run - 1KM
Bike: CMC - Short Duathlon - Bike - 7.5KM
Run: CMC - Short Duathlon - Second Run - 2KM
Long
Run: CMC - Long Duathlon - First Run - 2Km
Bike: CMC - Long Duathlon - Bike - 15K
Run: CMC - Long Duathlon - Second Run - 4KM
Olympic
Run: CMC - Olympic Duathlon - First Run - 5KM
Bike: CMC - Olympic Duathlon - Bike - 40KM
Run: CMC - Olympic Duathlon - Second Run - 10kM
Volunteers
We need volunteers for each race. If you are only racing the long course or the short course, please consider volunteering your time for the other event. Email race@cornwallmultisportclub.com for more information

Directions
From Hwy 401, take exit 778. Travel south on Moulinette Road to Long Sault. Follow thru the round-about onto Long Sault Parkway. Continue on Parkway to registration booth on top of hill.
