This program acts as an opportunity for athletes to get Track and Field Technical Training over the Fall.
Sessions will occur on Sundays, from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM at the Lord Selkirk Comprehensive School (221 Mercy St).
September Sessions: 13th, 20th, 27th
October Sessions: 4th, (Oct. 11th has been Cancelled)
While these sessions are free; in order to abide by Covid-19 regulations and participant number tracking, athletes must register in order to attend.
