Thank you so much for signing up to volunteer for the race! Our volunteer team is what makes race day run smoothly, and it’s always exciting and easy to be part of such a fun community event. Being involved on race day is a really rewarding experience.
There are a variety of volunteer roles, including check-in, start and finish line helpers, water stations, traffic control, and more. We’ll make sure everyone is placed where they’re most needed.
We’ll be reaching out to you the week before race day with more details and your assigned role.

Start / Finish Line: Gander Masonic Lodge 10 Lindbergh Rd, Gander NL
Festive attire encouraged. Let's fill Gander with Green and gold!
Race Capacity
The event is capped at 200 runners. Once it’s full, it’s full.
Post-Race
Each runner receives one 'beverage' after the race, age dependent!
Snacks will be available at the finish area
Race Shirts
T-shirts are optional and available with registration only
Shirt sales close February 14, 2026
Shirts are non-refundable and not available after the cutoff
REFUNDS - Registration refunds are available until 14 Feb via 'self scratch'. You will only be refunded our base race fee, the additional amount that Trackie adds on as a processing fee WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Kit Pickup
Date: Friday, March 13, 2026
Time: 6:00–7:00 PM
Location: Gander Masonic Lodge
10 Lindbergh Rd, Gander, NL
Race-day kit pickup available. We will be set up at the Start line 1 hour prior to start time.
Will this race be timed ? YES!!!!! but this is our first ever timed event WITH THE CLUBS BRAND NEW TIMING EQUIPMENT so please forgive us if we make mistakes!!
