MEET WILL BE HELD AT CANADA GAMES PARK/ BROCK UNIVERSITY.
This meet is NOT an intersquad meet. This meet is open to athletes from other club/ school teams (high school or elementary). An early opportunity to get in some competition marks.
This is a prep meet only and there will be no awards offered for any events.
This year there will not be an elite/ invitational 3000 m section offered; however, there is an open 3000 m available.

The meet will provide an early season prep meet or season opener in a variety of track and field events. Events will be OPEN for the most part with heats based on seed times. All jumpers and throwers will receive six attempts.
Events Offered:
TRACK- 100 m, 200 m, 300/400 m, 800 m, 1200/1500 m, 2000/3000 m, Racewalk
Sprint Hurdles, 300 m/400 m Hurdles
4x100 m Relay, 4x400 m Relay, Sprint Medley Relay
FIELD- Long jump, Triple jump , High Jump, Shot put, Discus, Javelin, Hammer
Note that hurdles will be for U14 and older only. This location tends to be windy and so scissor hurdles for younger ages cannot be used as they will blow over.
8:30 am warm-up time.
Anticipated 9:00 am start. Meet to be concluded by around 5:00 pm with possible exception of hammer throw.
Tentative schedule included in Technical package. Final schedule to be determined based on entry numbers.
