**We will be using the Athletics Canada database, effective January 1, 2024, to verify all seeds under
2:18.00 for women and under 1:56.00 for men. ** We will also accept times run at non-sanctioned HS
meets as long as you provide an email with a link to the results
**Indoor 800m times will be accepted without conversion.
** Off-distance conversions will be accepted based on World Athletics Scoring Tables
