Registration opens at 6:00 PM.
The max fee per participant is $25 (early bird), $30 (regular) + service fee.
Please note: There is an additional $5.00 charge for people who do not have a current BC Athletics membership plus they are required to complete the BC Athletics Waiver for Non BCA Members.
Please note that due to scheduling limitations, the following entry limits will apply to each event:
400m: 16 men, 16 women
800m: 16 men, 16 women
mile: 16 men, 16 women
3000m: 16 men, 16 women
Once these entry quotas are filled, no more entries will be available. However, if there is sufficient demand for a potential second heat in one event, and insufficient demand for a scheduled second heat in another, the race director may decide to add a second heat for the in-demand event. If you find your desired race distance is full, please contact the race director expressing your interest in scheduling a second heat for that distance.
Online registration closes at midnight on August 6. For late entries, please contact the Meet Director, Conor Brendan Dunne. Late entries will be made at the Director's discretion. No race-day registration.
