What is the run streak?
*Run/walk/or even bike a minimum of 2km every day in January
What you get when you sign up:
*An awesome "Beat the Freeze" toque
*A printable training log
What you get when you complete the run streak:
*An equally awesome "Beat the Freeze buff"
*Satisfaction of having defeated the elements
Extras:
*Prizes for top 3 - most km RAN in January, must run every day outside and share data in Strava group to qualify (if you don't have Strava we can figure something out)
*Running Room prize package for fastest 5k time each Saturday in January (must submit gps data via email before midnight on the Saturday)
* Join our strava club to keep tabs on the leader board: https://www.strava.com/clubs/1005673
*You do not need to be on Strava to join the challenge: simply fill out the training log and send a pic of the completed log to michenermilers@gmail.com and we will mail you your buff!
*All proceeds go to support the Red Deer Polytechnic Cross Country and Track program (scholarships, team builders and training camps)
