Fall Foundations: 2020
The Border City Athletics Club is excited to offer "Athlete Foundations- Fall Base Training 2020”
The “Athlete Foundations- Fall Base" training program is for interested athletes who wish to be fully prepared in track, field and XC events. In addition we offer training to those who want to cross train for their respective sports (Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey etc.).
Dates & Times: October 5th 2020- November 16th 2020
Monday and Wednesday (All Groups)
6:00- 7:30pm
Fridays (ETS Grade 9 & Under)
6:00-8:00pm
Saturday 9:00-10:30am (All Groups)
Saturday 12:00-2:00pm (ETS Grade 10 & Up)
Price: $200 Per Athlete
