This meet is also a Prep Meet even if you are not interested in being selected for the MTA Provincial Team to compete in July.
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR SELECTION TO THE MTA PROVINCIAL TEAM, ATHLETES *MUST* PARTICIPATE AT THIS MEET AND COMPETE AT THE SECOND QUALIFIER ON SATURDAY JUNE 28.
However, for Throws, you must declare your interest with results from MTA - sanctioned meets between May 1 - June 27, 2025. Another Trackie link will follow for this
This meet is open to athletes from any MTA club/ school teams.
Events Offered:
TRACK- 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 800 m, (1200 m) 1500 m, 3000 m (Atom and older), 4x100 m Relay
FIELD- Long jump
Event Limits:
Peewee- Compete in 2 events
Mite & Tyke- Compete in a maximum of 3 events of which only 2 can be track events
Atom - Youth- Compete in a maximum of 3 events (any combination of Track & Field)
Tentative schedule included in technical package. Final schedule to be communicated Friday May 30.
Note the 200 will be run after the 800 and before the 4x100 m Relay.
