08:00 am - juniors, junior novice (we group based on similar weights and ages- (very light --> very heavy)
12:00pm or later- Senior novice, senior elite, masters
Weigh-ins:
Juniors, masters - weigh in matside
Seniors - can weigh in from 11-12pm or matside, 1 Kg allowance for masters, novice, 2kg for Sr. Elite.
note: all weights must be declared in Kgs when registering.
