Please Note:
• Race registration is not included
• Full refunds available within 7 days of the program start
• After the 7-day grace period and before the second session, refunds are subject to a $30 administrative fee
• To receive the member rate, you must have an active 2026 membership at the time of registration. Please check your membership confirmation email for the member discount code. If you purchase a membership afterward, the price difference cannot be refunded.
• Medical Withdrawals: If you must withdraw due to a medical reason, a credit toward a future group program may be offered with a healthcare provider’s note. Credits are non-transferable and expire after 12 months.
• Clinic fees are non-prorated for late registration or missed sessions.
• No credits, refunds, or reimbursements will be issued for cancelled sessions. Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled based on coach and/or facility availability.
