This is a 8 week Speed training program, once weekly. The sessions will be on every Sunday at 4:00 pm, starting May 25th - July 20th. Located at the track at Lindsay Thurber HS. (Woody's Athletic Park). Training sessions are always weather permitting. No refunds.
Dates: May 25th, June 1st, June 8th, June 15th, June 29th, July 6th, July 13th, July 20th. Note: No session on June 22nd.
Emphasis will be on speed bio-mechanics, the phases of acceleration, respiratory patterns, speed endurance, explosive speed, speed testing, Stride Pattern, Stride rate, Video Analysis.
* Minimum of 5 registered participants for the program to be offered, and a maximum of 15 participants. First 15 paid registrations.
* Parking at track or in front of the school across the street.
* Porto O Pottie facilities at track , NOT inside the school. Closed
