SHOT PUT, DISCUS, JAVELIN, HAMMER CLINICS. All ages , all abilities, shot put and discus clinics following the 10:00am shotput competition Saturday Dec 13. Register for the competition here: https://www.trackie.com/event/bolton-pole-vault-indoor-allcomers-1/1031588/ Shotput clinic begins after competition concludes, 11:00am - 1:00pm, lunch break, then discus clinic 1:30 - 3:30pm. Sunday Dec 14, 11:00am - 1:00pm Hammer and Weight Throw, followed by javelin 1:30 - 3:30pm. Flexible registration - sign up for both days or for one clinic, learn to throw or refine your technique. Off season, indoor prep, drills and exercises designed to improve outdoor performance.
