I know it's been said before, but it feels like this sport is moving at a break neck speed.Since last episode, the Canadian marathon record fell (congratulations Cam Levins), both Canadian marathon championship titles were taken by two debutants, plus about a thousand other notable storylines from Scotia Toronto Waterfront marathon...but also since the last time we spoke, one of the greatest Canadian mid-distance runners ever retired from the sport. On this week's show we chat with 1,500m specialist Nicole Sifuentes, hanging up the spikes after any illustrious career that saw her medal at the world indoor champs, pan am games, continental cup, winning a couple of national championships, and garnering a national record, but first, Kinsey middleton,at just 25 years old, she ran her debut marathon at the scotiabank toronto waterfront marathon last weekend, running 2:32:09, capturing the Canadian national championship along the way. We'll also hear from some of Nicoles' True Blue Elite teammates, Jaimie Phelan, Jamie Morrissey and Becca Addison...don't go anywhere…
