On this week's show, we're casting our gaze a little bigger...not so much "running as a personal trial," but to "running as a representative for your country". Up first, Jess O'Connell, she just ran a new national record, a 8:46 in the indoor 3,000m at the Millrose Games, we caught her just before she heads off to represent Canada at NACAC Cross Country, and coming up a little bit later, Blake Haney, he's the Oregon 5th year and dual citizen who recently pursued the process to switch allegiances for international competition, from the United States, for who he competed at the Pan Am Junior games for, to Canada.
