NACACs are over, The Terminal Mile Cups have been handed out, athletes are either resting up, or starting their cross country build. This is a time for reflection, and for the really good ones, a time to take stock of what they earned, and what they can carry with them. On this week's show, we take a look back at Steph Aldea's season that was, from making the national 1500m finals, to winning London's 1,500m night, it's been a standout for this University of Windsor Athletics Club runner. First, Kris Mychasiw, you may know him for helping to bring Lewis Kent, CPT and Corey Bellemore to prominence, he's on this week's show to talk athlete development, marketing and the state of North American meets. There's no punches pulled, there's a lot of knowledge dropped, and I highly suggest this as a listen for athlete's looking to make it.
