I'm not sure about where you are, but 2017 here has started with a bit of a chill in the air, and some quality bonding time with the treadmill in the basement. If there is one thing that will get us through though it's the promise of some great track coming up in the months ahead (indoors and outdoors!). To kick off another year of podcasting, we landed some great guests:Kevin Nault from one of my favorite new things on the internet, the brand new multi-sport vlog, One Track Mind is on, and as always, Jeff Costen, our in house run pundit is here to warm you up with his hot takes where everything is fair game: leadership changes, retirements, USports...etc.
