Toronto's Rejean Chiasson nails his final volume/marathon specific workout ahead of Boston. The workout, filmed on March 29, was done in High Park, which features hilly and rolling sections of road, not dissimilar to the challenging Boston Marathon course. Chiasson, who has a 2:17 marathon personal best, has not "raced" a marathon in five years. (He has finished one while being a pacer, enough to qualify for Boston.)
