AD (Athlete Development)
Seasonal Cross-Country Training
September 1 – Mid-December 2026
• Cross-country meets take place throughout the season, primarily on weekends.
• Meet locations & schedules to be shared on TeamSnap.
• Membership includes a free Kajaks Club shirt!
Payment Options:
• Online (5% convenience fee applies)
• E-Transfer to info@kajaks.ca (security answer: orange)
• Cheque (in person)

Financial Assistance
Kajaks offers funding support for:
• Athletes requiring financial assistance
• Newcomers to Canada
• Indigenous athletes

BC Athletics Membership Requirement:
• A current 2026 BC Athletics membership is required for all registered Kajaks club athletes.
• Athletes must have an active membership before attending their first practice.
• If your athlete already has a current BC Athletics membership, no further action is required.
• The 2026 BC Athletics Fall Membership ($50) is available here: https://athleticsreg.ca/#!/memberships/bc-athletics-2026-membership
• After completing your membership, please send confirmation to registrar@kajaks.ca.
Continuing After Cross-Country Season:
Athletes who wish to continue training through the track & field season may have the option to convert their seasonal Kajaks membership into an annual membership.
