Meet notes
The 3000M and 5000M event is for participants U17 and U20 only.
The Multi Event will consist of 60M sprint, Turbo Javelin and Standing LJ. Participants will move through this event in the order specified above. Participants would register for this as one event. Medals will be scored in each event and for the overall winner.
Number Pick up begins at 5 PM.
All participants should be onsite at least 1 hour before their event as events are subject to run ahead of schedule.
Unless otherwise stated participants will compete in the following categories:
50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+ and 80+
Prizes will be awarded for each category.
